Yes, but when in the post credits scene there is one chunk of Norb left and that is enough for Norb to regenerate and begin the Norbalution anew.

unfortunately, you will find at game's end that the villian Willam opens a tanker sized can of whupazz and totally annihilates all Norbs.

I'll buy that "RPG MAker" and make a Norb RPG so that whenever you start to miss Norb, you can just play NORB QUEST.  Every character will be named Norb (except the villian, who will be named Willam), and you'll go on epic adventures together.  It will be awesome.
