Can you smell that? No not that one (sorry, my bad)... The smell of anticipation for a new Chapter of KS! The countdown is almost over, and people are anxious to begin adventuring in SWTOR. Reminder to help us recruit! Stop by the SWTOR forums and say hello on our recruiting threads. You can find them by clicking the recruiting support link in the quick menu block on the left of the front page. Be sure to welcome our new recruits as only a KS member can! And no, you can't use the Love Boat welcome, that is mine!
Update! Our SWTOR Server is Sith Wyrm!
Ok, so the title of this post doesn't fit very well.... but it got your attention didn't it? On to some other items.
We could use some help in the Rift Chapter, please see this post for more details.
Guild Site Updates!
A few new pages and functions have been added to the site. → Our Steam group now has its own online block on the front page. There is also a new page for info on our Steam group. Click the Steam link in the quick menu for the Steam page. → WoW chapter now has roster pages taken from the blizzard API. You can find them by going to the WoW chapter page and clicking Alliance or Horde in the links block at the left. → You can link items from the Torhead Database for SWTOR. This is very basic, and I hope to have a more robust option in the future. Example: Nerf-Herder's Tunic Or prettied up: [Nerf-Herder's Tunic]
It has come to my attention that not everyone may be aware of our vent usage policy. So, here is a reminder. Please keep swearing and other colorful language to a minimum when in vent. This applies to the public channels such as chapters and gaming channels. The Tavern channel is open and not restricted. Group channel policy is up to the people using them (what is appropriate is determined by those using the group channel). Please respect the wishes of your group mates. If they ask you to tone down the swearing, please do.
We have never had to 'reprimand' someone or ban anyone from vent, please don't become the first. Have respect for your fellow gaming mates. Swearing should also be kept to a minimum
