Guild groups - Looting

Need before greed. The built in Dice Roll for loot works very well. Simply ensure you don't need something you don't actually need.
Simply roll on everything. Only need if it's an upgrade. Use greed on most everything else.  
On BoP you should pass if you don't need it to allow for disenchanting of the item in question. Enchanters in the group may keep all DE'd materials.

• Always pass on BoP unless rolling need. It also allows for it to be DE'd if that is decided (and available).
• Make sure you look over the item in question and ensure it suits your class and spec before rolling (pay attention to all its stats).
• Don't loot during the battle; looting can wait until the fight is over.
• Be generous! If you get something another can use, give it to them.
• Think of the guild bank! Get a lot of trade materials or greens on that guild run? Contribute some to the guild bank.

Guild Treasury
The guild maintains a guild bank. Grugwar generally keeps track of all banking.
Members are encouraged to donate what they can to the bank. The bank depends on member donations to run. In return, the bank stores and supplies needed materials/recipes for crafters, quest items, and gear/weapons for anyone who can use them.
Check the guild info button in game for a list of guild bank toons.

• Never loot until the fight is over and everyone has been resurrected.
• Accidents happen, don't get bent out of shape because you didn't get something. Loot isn't the driving force of this guild, and no one should become upset about loot for any reason.
• Examine the item in question carefully and ensure it suits your class and spec before rolling (pay attention to all its stats).
• Be considerate! Get an item already in the current run? Let your competition have the next item. Spread the loot!

• Need - Mains and Primary Specs.
• Greed - Alts and Secondary Specs.
• Pass - If you have no use for it, pass. If no one wants the item, it should be passed by all to allow for DE.
