Hi all! I know it's been forever, but I have been through a lot as some of you know. I wanted to take a moment to stop in and say hello again. Gren has been keeping me updated on some of the newest games and such that are on the market now and in particular has recently told me about Rift. I checked it out and I'm currently in the process of downloading the client so I'm hoping to check the game out for myself sometime this afternoon or maybe this evening.

Hope to catch up with you guys then.

Nice to see you again Areia.

I was shocked to hear what happened (I am about the same age), and hope you are coping well.

Looks as if you will be playing Rift, it has been bringing back several 'retired' members. Perchance some will be around from your time in AoC.

First, I have to say that I am not 'old' and as long as people try to apply labels to other people then harmonious living will always be out of reach.  Dare I say you are a discriminator?  :2vrolijk_08:  Just kidding Areia.  You're awesome!

Second, aye, I've been keeping her up to date on our antics in Rift.  And it seems the more I talked about it the more she got interested in it.  However I never expected her to download and try it out.  Hopefully we'll see her in game tonight.

/you didn't think I'd quit being a smart ass just because I'm on here did you? ;D

okay.......first off...no I would never have expected you to change from your smart ass status. It's one of those things that make me still associate with you!

Second........I do plan to try and be in game for a little while tonight to give it a test run and check it out. I will of course be under the usual name. So put me on your friends list and watch for me to come online.
